Yoga Class - all levels

This 75 min Hatha Yoga Class is offered every Monday from 5.30 - 6.45pm & 7 - 815pm @ Glossop Cricket Club.

​Start where you are. This beginner-friendly class with clear and inclusive guidance is for you if you're new to yoga or returning to the mat.

Menopause Yoga Menopause matters

I'm excited to announce a special Menopause Yoga Series launching in 2025, designed to support women through the journey of peri-menopause and menopause to find more balance and ease. This series will include a blend of yogic practices, philosophy, and practical tools for managing symptoms and embracing this powerful life transition. It’s also an opportunity to connect with others in our supportive community.

Whether you’re here to find some peace of mind, stretch out those tight muscles, or just enjoy a bit of “me time,” you’re always welcome. I believe yoga is for everyone, and my goal is to make sure you leave each class feeling a little lighter, a little more connected, and a lot more relaxed.

Breathing Space:
Trauma Informed Yoga Classes

Breathing space aims to support mental wellness and create a sense of community through a trauma informed approach to Hatha Yoga weaving breathwork, mindfulness, movement and choice to bring you closer to yourself.

We hope you leave this class feeling like you've done something good for yourself, and the techniques and skills that you've practiced in class are available to use in day-to-day life as you live it, off the mat.
