Yoga Classes & Timetable

Pause Yoga classes are aimed at students who are just beginning, returning to, or improving their Yoga practice. Delivered in the Hatha tradition, our classes encourage you to tune into your body, how you move, how you breathe and how you focus your mind. Classes can be tailored to meet your needs, get in touch if you have any questions or queries it would be great to hear from you.

Yoga Child's Pose

Yoga Class - all levels

This 75 min class is offered every Monday from 5.30 - 6.45pm & 7 - 815pm @ Glossop Cricket Club.

Start where you are. This class is for you if you are a beginner or returning yoga student who wants clear guidance and inclusive teaching.

One to One & Small Group Yoga

I work with you one to one or with a small group of colleagues or friends, perfect if you're looking for a private space to practice, the comfort and encouragement of familiar faces or if you'd like to work on something specific.

Would you like a fun and meaningful alternative hen party bringing friends together with a focus on wellbeing?

You will enjoy lots of laughs & group photo opportunities for lasting memories.

Menopause Yoga Menopause matters

This yoga class is for women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause. Offering you breathing practices that bring harmony to your nervous system & support physiological and physical symptoms.  

Breathing Space:
Trauma Informed Yoga Classes

Breathing space aims to support mental wellness and create a sense of community through a trauma informed approach to Hatha Yoga weaving breathwork, mindfulness, movement and choice to bring you closer to yourself.

We hope you leave this class feeling like you've done something good for yourself, and the techniques and skills that you've practiced in class are available to use in day-to-day life as you live it, off the mat.
