Packing suggestions that could be helpful...

Packing lightly to feel unburdened will make a difference.

Comfortable (worn in) walking shoes

Comfortable (tried and tested) walking socks

Walking sandals

Yoga mat 

Clothing layers for varying weather conditions

Head torch – early morning to see markers shells and arrows

Carabiner or hook for hanging stuff

Massage ball for feet

Flip flops

Parachord for clothes line

Rosary/mala

Daypack approx 15 L (other luggage will be transported)

Poncho

Refillable water bottle 

Microfibre travel towel

Hand sanitiser and/or lavendar spray

Sun cream and Cap

Body Glide (chafing)

Scarf for sun/privacy etc

Seat pad

Blister kit
