What can I
expect?

Your class will focus on breath, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. You'll experience dynamic flows that build heat and energy, as well as static poses with slower transitions to enhance stamina and refine alignment. We offer Hatha Yoga in a peaceful space, giving you time to 'Pause' and nourish yourself from the inside out

What are the benefits?

A busy life keeps your mind and body constantly ‘switched on.’ Yoga invites you to pause, release stress, and activate your 'rest and digest' state. This calm practice not only eases anxiety in the moment but also helps you bring mindfulness and balance off the mat and into everyday life.

How do I
start?

Simply choose a class that suits you. All you need are comfortable clothes and an open mind. Yoga meets you where you are, guiding you to tune into your breath, focus your mind, and connect with your body.

Yoga gives me peace, I can feel yoga changing me. I am a lot stronger in my upper body and the flexibility I'm gaining is immense.
