Hi ~ I’m Rebecca Harvey, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Pause Yoga. Whether you're joining me for a class, workshop, or retreat, my intention is that you enjoy a nurturing experience that’s all about mindful and curious Hatha Yoga.

My teaching journey started with training for the British Wheel of Yoga Dip500 with Catherine Eastwood, and since then, I’ve had the joy of sharing yoga in classes, workshops, festival and retreats across the UK and Europe. My style of yoga is all about helping you tune in—how you move, breathe, and feel. My hope is that through knowing yourself, you’ll discover your self-worth and bring more balance and joy into your life.

When you step off your mat from Pause Yoga, I want you to leave feeling like you've truly done something wonderful for yourself. My goal is for you to carry a sense of physical, emotional, and mental ease with you into the rest of your day.
