What’s included?

Yoga centering, breathwork and limbering, allowing you to fully arrive in your Yoga space, loosen muscles and joints and begin to engage your relaxation response through breath awareness.

Bespoke Indoor or outdoor yoga session, at a venue of your choice, for the duration of your choice (60/75/90 mins) we can come to you if there is space, please check with your venue, or a suitable outdoor area, weather permitting. We can relax and restore or invigorate and inspire or a balanced combination of the two.

Deep relaxation & grounding meditation – leaving you feeling rested and revived; learning techniques you can take home with you, perfect to help release any big day jitters.

Lots of laughs & group photo opportunities - partner yoga and whole group postures provide great opportunities for capturing awesome memories.

Mats, blocks, & bricks are provided.

Travel – our travel to your location (up to 60miles) is included in the price.

What should we bring?
Tell your guests to bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. A pair of leggings and a loose top would work well. Additionally, a bottle of water, an extra, warmer layer and some socks will bring cozy comfort to the stillness and relaxation to end our session.
