How this course came about

This series grew from a passion for bringing more joy and ease into a life stage often filled with uncertainty. Menopause can feel overwhelming, and I wanted to create a supportive space offering yoga-inspired tools to navigate it with contentment and steadiness.

Over the years through my professional background in relational work and regulation, I’ve guided many through life’s transitions, this, combined with personal experience of my own journey and lots of enjoyable research and teachers, has shaped this program and informs the heart of Menopause Matters.

As a mother, daughter, wife, sister, auntie, friend and dog owner, I wear many hats just like you. This series blends professional wisdom, personal reflection, and yogic teachings to offer gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, and community — a kind, welcoming space designed to help you embrace this transformative phase with confidence and care.

“The body always leads us home … if we can simply learn to trust sensation and stay with it long enough for it to reveal appropriate action, movement, insight, or feeling.” – Pat Ogden
