Once you have settled in the team work hard behind the scenes to ensure your stay is a comfortable one, providing fresh and nourishing homecooked food for your breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as morning and afternoon teas, coffees and treats. Your retreat experience blends soothing yoga practices, calming meditation sessions, invigorating chanting and breathwork and restorative sound journeys.
Your deeply relaxing soundscape combines soothing gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and other instruments to wash away stress, leaving you feeling centered, rejuvenated and profoundly at peace. As your body and mind unwind into the sound it is the perfect opportunity to melt into the moment and embark on a journey of inner exploration on your retreat weekend.

Price includes 3 meals from market garden to kitchen, with elevenses and afternoon coffee and cake, plus all Yoga Meditation, breathwork and sound journeys, whilst immersed in awe inspiring natural beauty.
What to expect from your Yoga Retreat Experience
We only have one twin en-suite room remaining for this retreat.
Feel the joy of being immersed in nature, deepening your yoga practice,
exploring breath work that supports you to feel rejuvenated and centred
and bathing in soothing sounds to wash away stress, as you drift into
a state of profound relaxation.
All yoga, breathwork, meditation, workshops and sound journeys,
food and accommodation are included in the price, this includes
full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) plus morning coffee/tea with biscuits,
afternoon tea/coffee with cake, a constant fruit bowl and tea/coffee
whenever required. All food is vegetarian.
This retreat is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself, find your calm
space within and maybe even, after a few inspiring days reminding yourself of what brings you joy, and remembering the bits of you that may've been buried for a while, you can take the best version of yourself back home.
All activities offered on this retreat are optional, this is your time to do exactly as you wish.

Cancellation Policy
If the retreat or event is cancelled by the organiser:
If we need to cancel a trip or training for our own reasons, we will refund all deposits and payments in full (minus £50 admin fee). We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs. In the unlikely event that the retreat or event is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be dependent on receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these eventualities, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
Travel Insurance:
It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you financially and offer peace of mind in case:
• you cancel your participation in the retreat or event
• retreat or event is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster
• lost baggage
• medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured
If the advertised teacher is unable to attend for any reason we will provide an alternative and equally well-qualified teacher.
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness.
If you cancel your participation in a retreat or event for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.) and we have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. To protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
For residential retreats:
Up to 60 days prior to the start of the event: full refund (excluding full deposit/admin fee).
60 – 30 days prior to the start of the event, provided your place is filled by another person, you may transfer the full credit (excluding deposit) to future events organized by Pause Yoga Glossop within the next 12 months from cancellation.
Less than 30 days prior to the start of the event, no refunds or credits, however you may transfer your credit (excluding deposit) to another person for the same event.
