Your Yoga Space
WOW What a view, whether inside or out you are fully immersed in an environment that gives you absolute permission to let go, deepen your yoga practice and take inspiration from the amazing world around you.
Find peace in this yoga shala, the views and natural light enhancing all aspects of your yoga practice. Weather permitting we can explore outside practices to inspire you as you feel the wind in the air and the earth under your feet.

Welcome to your space
Nestled in 18 acres of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park with specular lake and mountain views your retreat space is a sight to behold. It's a perfect setting for you to relax in and offers awe inspiring vistas, for you to lounge, chat, read, walk, nurture your creativity, swim, SUP or doing nothing but recharging your batteries. Your space to be.

Why the Breath?
Your breath is always with you, quietly shaping how you feel, think, move and rest. Yet most of us use only a fraction of our breathing capacity.
During this retreat, we’ll explore the breath in its fullness ~ not just as a tool for calm, but as a living rhythm that supports steadiness, vitality and deeper connection to self. Through Gitananda-inspired practices, movement, stillness and time in nature, you’ll begin to notice how your breath can regulate your nervous system, soften patterns of tension, and open up new space in both body and mind.
Dedicating a weekend to your breath may sound simple
