Mini-Yoga Moments might not seem like they make a difference, but they do...

Bite-sized yoga can be a welcome punctuation in your busy day. A moment to pause and investigate, how do I feel, what do I notice?

Bite-sized yoga is a great way to break the chain of reactions that can happen when we’re on auto pilot, often tired and maybe stressed.

If, at the end of a long day you feel burnt out and there’s little motivation for a lengthy movement class, you might find yourself drawn to comfort and coping mechanisms that don’t feel great in the long run. The result? Your mind starts chattering about how you need to be more of this or do more of that.

Just take a moment to interrupt this pattern and discover the power of pausing. Curl into child's pose or open out into tree, or maybe find a comfortable seat and notice your breath because how you feel influences your breath and how you breathe influences how you feel. Bite-sized yoga cuts through the mental and physical noise of stress, tiredness and distraction. It grounds you and helps you find focus and harmony bringing a welcome sense of calm & ease.

If you're able to join a Pause Yoga Series you will have access to an on-demand yoga class, with techniques that you have practiced and learnt together with your teacher and fellow students to access at home any time that suits you. You will be part of a private Yoga group (sangha) that receives bite sized Yoga suggestions to offer more regular opportunities to de-stress and restore a sense of harmony to your physical and emotional wellbeing.

These mini-yoga moments might not seem like they make a difference, but you could find out that they do. Our next Beginner's Yoga Series starts on Monday Feb 28th @ Hadfield Scout Hut 530-645pm. Click the link to book https://pauseyoga0.wixsite.com/pauseyoga or contact Pauseyogaglossop@gmail.com
