444 Cycles: A New Chapter Worth Celebrating

For many of us, the number 444 holds a sense of reassurance—maybe you recognise this as an angel number, a sign of alignment, a moment to pause and reflect. But what if I told you that, on average, 444 is also the number of menstrual cycles we experience in a lifetime? That’s over 35 years of navigating our cycle of cravings, emotional swings and cramps.
And then, one day, you notice it's changing.
But what if that moment wasn't an ending, but a beginning? A shift into a phase of life where we no longer have to think about period products, white trousers, or surprise emotions. No more last-minute dashes for contraception or bracing for another cycle of hormonal turbulence. Instead, we step into a space of freedom, discerning wisdom, and a life stage that, on average, lasts just as long as the one that came before it.
Of course, the journey through perimenopause and menopause can feel unfamiliar and, at times, unnerving. The hot flushes, the brain fog, the sleepless nights—new experiences that can leave us feeling a little unsteady, but what if we approached them together, with warmth, laughter, and shared wisdom?
That’s exactly what Menopause Matters is all about.
Starting on International Women’s Day, this four-week Saturday morning course is an opportunity to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, and explore practical tools to move through menopause with more ease and confidence. Through yoga, breathwork, and honest conversations, we’ll reframe this stage of life—not as a loss, but as an evolution. A time to gather, learn, and celebrate the possibilities that lie ahead.
