Could Yoga be YOUR hidden Superpower?

You know that feeling when you’re walking around with a smile on your face because you know something good and there’s no particular reason to share it, so for the time being it’s all yours...

Well, that can be a feeling that you get when you’ve found time that day, or week, to practice yoga.

Yoga brings together compassionate attention to body and breath and elements of mindfulness which offer a wonderful feeling of safety for your senses. Via breath work, relaxation and gentle movement, your stress responses are minimised and your relaxation response is activated, leaving you with that golden glow of something that can feel like bliss.

Yoga practices can be called upon whenever you need them, because generally we practice yoga when we feel ok and this is when our mind and body are most receptive to learning and absorbing new experiences, this means the techniques you've learnt in class will be embodied and available, whenever you need them, just like a reliable old friend.

You will be given a very warm welcome in any Pause Yoga class, where you might make new friends and keep the old, one is silver and the other gold.
