Service Description
This 4-session yoga series is designed for women going through or curious about peri/ menopause. The focus will be on celebrating the changes, addressing challenges, and cultivating a deeper connection with yourself through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness. Each session will target specific physical, emotional, and mental aspects of menopause and is designed to support women to find more balance and ease using yogic practices and tools.
